Admuncher alternative? Any other Ad-blocker?

When you say "7000 x64" are you referring to Windows 7 Beta 1 build 7000 x64?

While alternatives exist I personally discourage their use as websites depend on advertising revenue to pay for hosting fees etc. Most web browsers block or restrict popups these days and people should use discretion before visiting sites they dont trust.

It is not just that. I don't want to see barely naked women every now and then in my browser. This is inconvenient

So, If u know alternatives or who know alternatives, just mention them

thanks in advance

Personally I just use NoScript, an addon for Firefox, and have it block all javascript and flash by default.

There is also Adblock Plus, another Firefox addon, which is very effective; use responsibly.

There are HOSTS file repositories which can be used to block ads.

There is also webfilters like K9 which focus on blocking content, and not necessarily ads.

I replied to a post about this in the what works in win7 thread.

I got the beta version from the Owner of it --> Jeffrey Cole [jeff@admuncher.com]

He said not to redistribute it so I won't post it, but you can email him and he will get right back to you. Enjoy!

EDIT: this beta was not on the site. It is a special win7 beta ;)
