Moving XP to a new drive

My 10GB c is too small. Purchased a new faster 30 GB. Installed 30GB as D. From the run line: XCOPY32 C:*.* D: /H/E/R/C/K/S

There is no XCOPY32, so changed to XCOPY C:*.* D: /H/E/R/C/K/S. It looked like it was copying all of the files, in short, it didn't work.

This has worked very well, many times with 98 to copy to a new drive, switch D to C and the new 30GB is now C. Any suggestions?
