this will be easiest for you.

copy your xp64 disc to say C:\XP64 on a working machine

download this and slipstream ALL the drivers to that folder

use install nlite and ONLY use build iso (whatever the last option is) to make a new xp64 disc with all sata drivers in it.

edit, this.

download what specifically?

searching google for "xp64 sata driver" you get the MSoft FAQ and under the Q: Sat driver?

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/6...sel_x64faq.mspx

Many x64 computers use a combined RAID and SATA controller. These controllers do not have native drivers in the released version of Windows XP Professional x64 Edition, so you need to download a driver from your hardware manufacturer, or the manufacturer of the controller, or from one of the community sites that are providing driver agglomeration such as link. When you have the driver, you'll need to copy the driver files to a floppy disk, and use the F6 option to install the drivers during initial setup.

by searching the 'link' website one person said to go here.. 64bit SATA driver http://cheapfilehost.com/file.php?file=375...ea0f954a2568b95
