Ponch
Apart from the fact that you better use the native resolution of the TFT, I don't see much of a concept of "migrating from CRT to TFT world". I hope someone gets your question right.
puntoMX
To add, it´s not needed to have your screens refresh rate higher than 60Hz while you needed 75Hz and up before to get a "calm screen"...
weEvil
Clean your LCD with a rag and some water. Isopropyl alcohol worst case. Also, tune the brightness, contrast, gamma, and colors for optimum appearance. Use the nVidia tuning app in the control panel if you've got it.Anybody know of a similar wizard for ATi/Other cards?Yeah, use native resolution and put it on the max refresh rate. If your LCD has VGA and DVI connectors, go for DVI (white one) if possible. And that's about everything. puntoMX
... put it on the max refresh rate.Just 60Hz will do fine there, no need to set it on a high refresh rate .

CoffeeFiend
Microfiber cloths are nothing high tech nor new either. We've been using them on photo gear for ages. It works good indeed.
