rotterdarned Posted October 26, 2008 Share Posted October 26, 2008 Actually, if you have GMail, a few months ago they added a cool program that's optional but forces you to take a math test (which you can program from easy to challenging) that disallows you from sending an email unless you pass the brief, timed test. This is to ensure you're awake and alert enough to consider edits before sending. What their engineers found is no surprise to any of us - namely, that people really have gotten themselves in trouble at work or at home by sending off something inappropriate to the wrong person, or at the wrong time, or most frequently, at saying the dumbest stuff that at worst has even gotten them fired.
