Vlite boot from USB

This may not be a vlite question, but maybe someone here can help. I need to install vlite from USB since there's no drive on the computer. I've copied all vlite files to the USB drive, and it runs fine if I'm trying to do an upgrade install. But I need to do a clean install, so I need to boot from the USB. On my first attempt, the USB drive gave a "Windows 98" startup screen, but then went to a dos prompt. I tried running setup, but it says that it can't install from a dos prompt. I messed around a little with the USB trying different ways to get it to boot to the Vista startup, but on my second try I get an "ntldr is missing" error.

Anyone know how to get it to boot to Vista setup? Any help is appreciated.

check on diskpart the number of your usb key then do that in cmd

select disk (number)

clean

create partition primary

select partition 1

active

format fs = fat32

assign

exit

go to your bios, select the boot from usb key
