I need to put in a CD of Windows XP Professional driver's for my SATA hard disk, because during the OS installation does not recognize the disc and a laptop as I have not got any floppy disk, so I remember this solution.

I have nlite but I must know some tips on how to use.

Thank you

Here is your driver page.

I do not however see any sata controller drivers for XP.

Is there a setting in your bios to change the Sata drivers to emulate ide mode?

You missed it there. It was listed, here is the link:

You need to put this file on a floppy disk. Of course you can't just put the zip or exe on there, but the INF, CAT, SYS and other files inside of it. Then you can either put these in with nLite or hit the F6 during the Text Mode Setup of Windows.
