gkar Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 I would suggest blacklisting this firewall. Apparently PCtools has blacklisted a number of DVD backup tools including DVDShrink. It locks up Win XP forcing a hard reset and has a tendency to corrupt the MBR. You can run these DVD backup tools if you first add them to the trusted list before running them but if you don't you may end up reloading your software. 1st firewall I've used that does this.No knock on JD.
