Rancid2008
Hey, just been told that you guys may be able to assist me in my problem. The thing is I have a Acer Extense 5610G that came with Windows Vista the problem being I would like to install XP but due to my HDD not being a SATA device it is a ATA device and because of that, Windows XP cannot recognise my HDD so I cannot install it.Now Ive been told that by making a custom installation CD i can solve this problem...I dont really know where to start though, I assume I would need to addon some sort of drivers? Can anyone help? Thanks in advanced

Ponch
Now Ive been told that by making a custom installation CD i can solve this problem. Also if you have a floppy drive (internal or usb) you can get around that problem in an easiest way (using F6). You'd still need the drivers from Acer.
