i don't like new visual style of xpize. i tryed to google when it have been changed, and heard something like 4.5.

unfortunatley i cant find this version on your site. also i am interested whats the difference between XPize 4.7/XPize 4.3 "MCE"/XPize 4 "MCE"/XPize 3.2/XPize uAE 1.2 it would be great if you can do screenshots of all those versions, add info why some versions is missng (i mean there is no 3.3 or 4.5 versions) and it would be great if we can see table showind us difference between those builds.

p.s. i have looked throught the forum but wasn't able to fund answers. if i have done it badly, drop me a link please.

there are many people on the board at almost any given time. however, with a vague topic title, your thread wont attract much attention.

12. Very often we see meaningless subjects in topic title. They give no clue of what the posts are all about. For example:

- Oh no!

- Help

- I'm mad

- Please help

- Question

- I need your help

- Hmmmm ....

This should be avoided. Users should enter something more specific in topic title so that it is easier for others to help.

A few good examples:

- Strange problem with DirectX9b redist

- RunOnceEx install problem (double installation)

- Change Internet Explorer's Icon back to default

Wait ... Wha ... ?

So, the only thing you don't like is the Visual Style, correct? You wish to get to a version that doesn't have this or a version that has a previous version?

And you would like a changelog of all the versions?

Here's the changelog:: http://www.xpize.net/history.php#h4.7 --> pretty ambiguous, but the bitmap and icon patching is for specific resources. As for major changes, just look around ;) .

Anything else? I dunno how I can help you with the visual style though. Try different versions here: http://www.xpize.net/download.php#d5

No no, I think he/she is complaining about the "visual style" (look) of current XPizing. I've been using it since the 2.x days and I like the older look too. :P

Unfortunately its seems pretty hard to find any of the old versions, except for the visual style/skin (MSSTYLES) which was the official one from Microsoft.

Don't worry. xpize 5 will contain every visual style included in previous versions of xpize, along with a few new ones (as well as every official theme released (or leaked) from Microsoft, so everyone should be happy :) )
