FAQ

I can't start the program or setup.

It is most likely that you do not have the Microsoft .NET Framework installed, you can get it here.

How to setup my flash interval

Use your LCD response time value, if you don't know, just set 25ms.

UDPixel unstuck one or more pixels.

Make a gift with Paypal (button on left menu), everyone will be happy.

The program did not revive my dead pixels.

The process used is in no case working in every cases. Many users have been able to revive some dead pixels while other stayed as dead as before. Be sure you used it for several hours before giving up though, you have nothing to lose.

I have another problem and would like to contact you.

Mail me at , I will answer as soon as I can.
