GeneralMandible
Seagates mostly. 5 yr warranty is nice and I've had decent experiences with them. I wouldn't hesitate to buy Maxtor either, especially now that Seagate owns them.I've owned Western Digitals (I love my Passport) als0, and can't complain. Seagate gets preference, though. FishBowl
Two Samsungs on the older machine, that does not like to many partitions on big IDE disks, 120 + 250 GB Two Seagate ST 340062, taken out of Maxtor Basics Personal Storage 3200. Were cheaper than similar internal IDE drives at that time. Several USB2 drives, including a HDD media player

rotjong
A couple of years ago I would have said Western Digital but now I have to say Seagate. I'm currently running four Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 ST3750330AS drives in this system. Edited September 15, 2008 by rotjong
