joe43wv
My boss received a message through outlook the other day and then noticed the sender deleted the first message somehow in her inbox and resent a new one. She is now wanting to know how you can delete a message after it's been sent, if it is possible, which obviously it is. The send was a user inside our internal network and the message was going through our Exchange server.
rendrag
if you open the sent e-mail message (assuming excel 07), click 'Other Actions', then 'Recall this message'. it only works if the message hasn't been read, and is most likely to succeed when dealing with exchange servers
joe43wv
I'll try that and see if it works. Thanks rendrag.
