aahmad
Hey guys, I have used an image for a IBM T60 to work with both the T60 and T61. However Sysprep seems to be slow, during the networking settings screen where it is installing compenents, the blue status bar reachs what seems to be about 85% and slowly goes to 100% where it sits there for another long period of time until it continues. Any ideas? Thanks!

dexter.inside
bumpThere is a delay being forced on the system when certain drivers receive a "install veto". Unfortunately, it is not a documented behavior.I provided once ~ 2 GB of drivers and it took sysprep about 3 hours to reseal that machine due to this issue. Have a look in the sysprep logs and in the event viewer afterward.
secotton
One thing that comes to my mind is this - are there any programs installed that changed anything to the network components? I have found that VMWare slows the network process down a small amount, and I once put Cisco VPN onto an image then did sysprep, and this slowed the network section of the mini sysprep down considerably.
