ImageX under Winpe 1.6

Has anyone experienced a problem running imageX.exe from within VB from PE 1.6?

I have a VB script that is "supposed to" lay down the WIM image.

But when I call the exe form within VB it totally ignores the commad.

I've echoed out the command line and it is good.

and If I run it manually on the command line. It works.
