posttoast
I am setting up a semi-unattended installation CD for Windows XP SP3, but I ran into a problem. I want some things be unattended, but some other things attended. One of these things is the regional-settings. However, with my winnt.sif it won't show anymore. This is my winnt.sif:;SetupMgrTag[Data] AutoPartition=0 MsDosInitiated="0" UnattendedInstall="Yes"[Unattended] UnattendMode=DefaultHide OemSkipEula=Yes OEMPreinstall=Yes WaitForReboot="No"[GuiUnattended] OEMSkipRegional=0 OEMSkipWelcome=1[UserData] ProductKey=XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX[Identification] JoinWorkgroup=WORKGROUP[Networking] InstallDefaultComponents=Yes[Components] msmsgs=off wmaccess=off msnexplr=offAs you can see I added OEMSkipRegional=0, so setup will show the regional-settings. Or at least, it should. Because it doesn't. It skips it and in the end my Windows installation has a US-English locale.I tried looking for a solution, but couldn't find anything that helps. posttoast
Well, that actually seems to work. Thanks! But I do find it strange. Why is this option there if it doesn't work?
