AO3 Posted April 10, 2008 Share Posted April 10, 2008 (edited) User is using outlook 2003. Outlook 2003 has a pop3 and an exchange 2003 accounts. Also this does not happen on all email. When they try to delete or move an email they get the error. "Cannot move the items. The item could not be moved. It was either moved or deleted, or access was denied." AO3 Posted April 10, 2008 Author Share Posted April 10, 2008 (edited) Was able to go to the user cpu. Found out it was a large pst file. Deleted and moved mail from the pst file.
