PE doesn't include a printing subsystem, so even if you were somehow able to get drivers installed for it, the only way I think it would work is if the vendor wrote a specific printing application for PE. In fact, I had to write special code into my HTAs to prevent CTRL+P from being pressed as it would crash my script execution and allow the user to get out of my locked down GUI.
