Metalljens
Im trying to get hibernation to work in xp x64, and with the help of google i found out that it might be a problem, with 4 gb ram or more.here is a link to microsoft http://support.microsoft.com/kb/888575, where they post a solution to add the Maxmem=4096 in the boot.ini file, but when i do that hibernation works ok, but windows only see 2.5 gb of ram!!???my boot.ini looks like this[boot loader]timeout=0default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS [operating systems]multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Windows XP Professional x64 Edition" MaxMem=4096 /noexecute=optin /fastdetectOh nevermind it seems to adress only x86 version and not x64 Edited March 2, 2008 by Metalljens
