'Unknown Error' Outlook 2003

Very strange problem I have not seen happen before so maybe someone has an idea?

I have a user using Outlook 2003 with their Exchange account. When they go to add or make an edit to their personal Calendar, it simply pops up a box that says 'Unknown error' and an OK button. How's that for a vague error message? The same error also occurs when they click the Dismiss button on the Reminders window.

I tried doing all of the following but to no avail:

- Reinstall Office 2003

- Made a new mail profile

- Recreated local Windows profile

- Cleared Outlook Forms Cache and restarted the program

- I can login to the computer, open Outlook and create appointments with no problem on my Calendar

- When the user goes to the Outlook/Exchange mail portal and attempts to add an appointment to their calendar as in Outlook 2003, it pops up a similar error which gives no information

I am thinking there is something wrong with their email account but not sure what to look for? They can still send and receive email with no problems, it is just the Calendar part they are having the error with. Thanks in advance for any advice.
