vLite-ing x64 Vista on x86 XP

Yes. The Vista x64 are files like any other. You'll have to test it on a real machine with a 64-bit processor, unless you have virtual machine that happens to support 64-bit guests.

Are you sure, because I think I read somewhere that you can not nlite XP x64 on XP x86 (nLite would process it but installation would not work as it should), so I wanted to check for vLite.

OK, thank you for the info.

Can anyone tell me is there any post Vista x64 SP1 update so I can slipstream. I know this is not topic but I do not want to create new one because of this.

Only limitation is that you cant integrate 64bit hotfixes and language packs from 32bit OS as a host.

(you could install the 64bit host in a virtual machine and do it from there)

Haven't seen any post-sp1 hotfixes yet.

I tried to install it in Virtual Machine , but for some reason it won't install. One question for you Nuhi, I loaded Vista x64 SP1 into vLite and in Hotfix page it showed that SP1 and a few hotfixes are already integrated. Is this normal for vLite to show?
