hakeem5454
everytime i put in my Windows xp cd and load the cd it does its usual NTFS format then loads all the files and right after it loads the files and restarts the computer, it goes back to step1 which is formatting the harddrive then loading files. I've tried 3 times and the same thing happens each time..what seems to be goin on?
j7n
How about if you remove the CD after the first restart? You will later need to insert it again. Just eject the tray when BIOS POST appears so that the system does not boot from the CD.
nitroshift
After first reboot enter BIOS and chose HDD as first boot device.
giotletuongtu2911
It's doing that because as soon as the computer is restarted it boot from the CD again!. Remember to take the CD out and or go to the BIOS and select boot from HD instead of CD.
