unklefunk
OK PROBLEM SOLVED!!!Seems that it was my external usb hardrive that was causing the problem. My main system drive is named D: my usb drive is named C:I just noticed when Sp2 was unpacking it was unpacking to a directory on the C: drive (guess this is natural for it to do so) but this is not my system drive.....so i unplugged the usb drive so it was only left with the option to unpack to D! Guess this must have confused the install procedure!! Seems quite simple when i look at it now i should have picked up on that earlier Anyway thanks a lot to all you guys who took the time to reply and offer your help....appreciate it, if someone in the future has the same problem maybe this will help them out Edited January 13, 2008 by unklefunk
