crash in uxtheme.dll

I am using latest release 1.4.1.

Integration of IE7,security updates (up to december) are included.

If I choose an option to patch uxtheme.dll then after system install IE crashes when i launch it and wmp 11 crashes when I make it fullscreen. The error box show some error in uxtheme.dll. What to do?

I actually have had this happen to me twice right now. The first time I had everything in that .ini plus OnePiece IE7 addon. The second time I removed the IE7 addon thinking maybe there was some sort of strange conflict that happened there, but it still happened. This time I am going to turn off uxtheme and manually patch it.
