I can access other computers shared files but they cant access mine. It says Owner-pc (thats the name of the laptop) is not accessible. My vista desktop can also be accessed by my ps3 but not the laptop. If there is a way to completely reset network back to default Ill take it and then fix what i need to back. stephens316 Posted December 22, 2007 Share Posted December 22, 2007 1 disable all firewalls on everything 2 disable ipv6 in the properties of the network connection 3 ping each system vis versa 4 wait til sp1 maybe something good might come of it do some research on the web google. waruikoohii Posted December 22, 2007 Share Posted December 22, 2007 Double check the permissions on the folders/drives you're trying to share.
