After he formatted and installed XP, it seems that HP doesn't have the drivers he needs. Is there any way to get vista drivers to work on this laptop? For some reason HP shipped the machine without a restore disk of any kind either.Edit- I'm having him try Driver Magic. Also driver magic gives "device not in database" or whatever. He choosed to ignore this procedure. Maybe it would help if you tell what drivers are missing. nVidia has a web page to "automatically find drivers".
