Whenever i use Nokia software updater to update my phone firmware it gives me an error saying that a certain Wscard.dll is missing. I've removed smartcard component, is this file related to that? nuhi Posted December 9, 2007 Share Posted December 9, 2007 Arvind, please check if it's winscard.dll or exactly Wscard.dll.It is Smart Cards but you don't have to keep them, just add that file in the Protection box on the bottom of components page next time while remaking the ISO.For now you can simply copy the file from the full image.Is that 64bit Vista you're running it on? nuhi Posted December 9, 2007 Share Posted December 9, 2007 Yeah then I'll keep that one by default in the future.If you're remaking ISO before new version then addWindows\SysWOW64\winscard.dllinto components - protect filesIf you're copying manually from full then copy from syswow64 to syswow64, not system32, it's already in that one.
