gw_1966 Posted November 27, 2007 Share Posted November 27, 2007 Hi.My new network is behind a proxy and I am successfully able to configure the proxy options to download the "patches/files" successfully. But when I initially open WUD I use to get notification (before proxy) that there were new UL's availiable, but that does not seem to be working now.Does the notification mechanism use the same proxy username and password feature. gw_1966 Posted February 7, 2008 Author Share Posted February 7, 2008 (edited) Hi.Just to let you know, the notifications are working now, I managed to make myself and administrator of the machine that was originally locaked down to just a normal user. Would that have caused the issue? Where does the download and comparison script run wit hthe product, maybe I didnt originally have rights to the folder?Grant.
