I have created the signatures in Word for each employee. These include a small image.When they try to copy the text (and pic) into the outlook signature box the picture does not get copied. puntoMX Posted November 10, 2007 Share Posted November 10, 2007 I would make a diferent setup:- Place the image on a web server- Make mail-layout HTML- Link in the layout to the image on the web serverThis will lower mail traffic.It’s just a guess what you could do, I’m sure there are more solutions...
