Set to by-pass?

What and why are modules I need set to by-pass? What does this mean? What do I need to do?

08:20:00 -- update installed: OleLibUp - OLE Automation Libraries Update (OLEPRO32.DLL 5.0.4530.0)

08:20:03 -- set to by-pass -- 48BitLB2 - Unofficial Update for Drives over 137gb (for IBM portables)

08:20:03 -- set to by-pass -- NativUSB - Maximus Decim Native USB Drivers v3.1

08:20:05 -- set to by-pass -- 98KrnlUp - Unofficial Update for KRNL386.EXE (4.10.0.1999)

08:20:05 -- set to by-pass -- kb933360 - Unofficial 2007 Updates to Time Zone Daylight Saving Time Settings

08:20:08 .. the computer was set to reboot.

08:23:20 .. the computer finished rebooting and started Auto-Patcher.

08:24:46 ++ the Essential 3rd Party Apps module was started

08:25:02 -- set to by-pass -- Rest2514 - Restoration v2.5.14 (undelete files)

08:25:02 -- set to by-pass -- InfraRec - InfraRecorder 0.43 (CD-DVD burner)

08:25:04 -- set to by-pass -- DirPrint - Karen's Directory Printer v5.2.0.3

08:25:05 -- update installed: PrintKey - PrintKey v5.01 (print screen)

08:25:08 .. the computer was set to reboot.

08:27:52 .. the computer finished rebooting and started Auto-Patcher.

08:28:09 ++ the Essential 3rd Party Apps module was started

3. --------------------------------------------- ?????? I rarely use IE Browser I use Firefox

08:28:13 -- starting to loop installs: Flash 9.0.47 player & plugin for Internet Explorer (Flash4ie)

- the above title started to loop thru installations and so was not installed again

08:28:33 ++ All titles have finished installing.

5.---------------------------------------------Do I need to correct this? How, Please?

08:31:12 -- the files for Unofficial Windows Explorer update (July 2007) were missing from the program files folder

08:31:12 ++ No titles need to be installed.
