hmm you remove the same stuff as i do except

1)I have 47 updates already integrated into my Vista x64 install

2)

Kept Components Kept

Diagnostics

Performance Counters

Reliability and Performance Monitor

So try keeping them as i had problems before when i removed them

Tweaks

DEP (Data Execution Prevention) = Default

EDIT: RAM amount is fine :)

NOTE: Check your drivers are correct

Hey im redrumy's friend, he posted this for me, i'm trying a rebuild of it with the "Diagnostics" and "Performance Counters" mentioned. will update on results.

Thanks.

PS. System has 2GB of ram.

EDIT: I can't boot into vista to install my drivers, but they are all straight from Dell's site. I will install them once I get into windows, if ever

you can download the drivers from dells site. use something like winrar or 7-zip to extract the exe. the drivers will be with what you extracted. then you can integrate those with vlite and not have to worry about installing after you get into vista. hope you can get everything worked out.
