What is the difference between Business and BusinessN?

This may be an obvious question, but what is the difference between Business and BusinessN? I did a search on this could not find any information.

All N version's dont have "ALL MEDIA PLAYER FILES AND MODULES RELATED" but somes windows functionalities don't work.
