HFSLIP run time: 28m08s

But while installig the OS, i get the following two messages:

Please click here

I only Slipstreamed some things, why do i get these messages, and how can i avoid them???

//edit:

As the OS has finished installing, and i could execute Windows Update, I additionally noticed, that some Hotfixes were not slipstreamed properly:

When Windows Update finishes searching for Updates, It shows the following 4 Updates:

Kumulatives Sicherheitsupdate für Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 (KB933566)

Sicherheitsupdate für Windows 2000 (KB908531)

Sicherheitsupdate für Windows 2000 (KB900725)

Updaterollup 1 für Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 (KB891861)

But these Updates are in my HF folder!(as you can see from HFSLIP.LOG)

What do i do wrong, or is it the fault of HFSLIP?

Should i try to perform the whole process with an older HFSLIP version???

Could be several things. Can you ZIP the following files together and attach it to your next post?

SOURCESS\I386\HFSLIPWU.INF

SOURCESS\I386\SVCPACK.INF

SOURCESS\I386\SVCPACK\HFSLIP.CMD

I can already tell you that WindowsMedia9-KB891122-x86-Global-ENU.exe is not supported. You need to extract wmfdist.exe from it.

OK, i extracted "wmfdist.exe" from WindowsMedia9-KB891122-x86-Global-ENU.exe into the "HF" Folder. Then I deleted "WindowsMedia9-KB891122-x86-Global-ENU.exe".

Tomorrow I will test, if something has changed.

Attached to my post find the requested Files zipped. Thank you for your Help!

Those files came out good.

Here's what I think...

The DELCATS=1 setting causes Windows setup to pop up those error messages. But you waited a bit too long trying to get rid of them, which in turn caused HFSLIP.CMD to fail to be executed. Since Windows setup fails to load HFSLIP.CMD, Windows Update asks you to download 3 of the 4 updates you mentioned:

Kumulatives Sicherheitsupdate für Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 (KB933566)

Sicherheitsupdate für Windows 2000 (KB900725)

Updaterollup 1 für Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 (KB891861)

I'm not sure why Windows Update is asking to install KB908531. Can you delete Windows2000-KB908531-v2-x86-DEU.EXE and download it again?
