this is an inofficial fix, that must be requestet from the support. But this board provides the fixes to all of you.

not all of them, martins. some hotfixes like KB931619 you have to ask from Microsoft support either by phone or email.

other MS hotfixes might be posted at the MS download center. I used to email MS support for certain hotfixes a few years ago.

I'll bypass KB931619 since I don't have this problem on my mom's Vista laptop; I'll wait for SP1
