I have created a unattended installtion for my office using nlite.

After installing, when i shutdown the comp instead of power off it displays Now its safe to turn off your computer. how do i enable poweroff?

How do i remove Windows Media Player ?

nlite can remove media player

Also there is a setting in power option in windows to tell your power supply to turn off when you shut down. Your Power supply must be ACPI compatable for it to work. There is a override you can trigger in windows power options if XP did not detect the ACPI bios and there should be a registry setting available for it also.

Hi,

My System is ACPI Compatible, But after installing from Unattended installation it doesnt detect ACPI and shows it as Standard PC instead of ACPI Uniprocessor PC.

I have enabled APM and when i do shutdown system will power off but when i press Power Button it doesnt shutdown or i dont see any option to select Shutdown / Hibernate / Standby when i press Poweroff button.

Thanks in advnace.
