Clint
My ISP will cut me off for 24 hours if I reach a total of 15GB in datatransfer (DL+UL), and that is really painful! Now, what I'm looking for is a util that can keep track of the amount of data transferred and cut off connection when too close to limit. There is plenty of bandwidthlimiters around, but I cannot find anything that controls the amount of data transferred.Anyone? Thanks in advance! tain
My first thought (since I use the software) was to use Samurize to monitor your amount of data transferred. You can set it to perform whatever command line action you want when it reaches the limit you set. Samurize uses WMI, so any other WMI-based tools should be able to do this as well.
