Hi there, I am struggling to learn and use mail merge option in word for a specific need. Here is the scenario: I have worksheet in excel 2010 ready with more than 20 fields in columns as shown below. there are approx 40 records in the excel table rows I want to create a self repeating label strip say 1 inch x 5 inch for all records from excel like this shown below ( sample I drew using plain table of word2010): I played a lot with creating labels of custom size in word and using mail merge to populate its fields with my excel sheet. All works fine if i am using first label in its original format (one plain box only). When i draw a table structure in my first label as shown below this table does not replicate in subsequent labels nor any next records are pulled in other labels. only first label works fine. I tried the same this in publisher but somehow could not get what I needed. Can you suggest how to get this self updating strip?
