  1. Nevermind I got it. Removed the "DisableAdminAccountOnDomainJoin = 0" and restarted the binlsvc (forgot to do that).
  2. When i try to login through the local admin account i get the "Your account has been disabled" error. I have put EnableAdminAccountOnDomainJoin = 1 and DisableAdminAccountOnDomainJoin = 0 in my ristndrd file. ( in the data section) But that does not seem to work. help?
  3. EDIT: Nevermind I dont think the problem is related to the driverpacks/BTS --- The video card PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2772&SUBSYS_01AD1028&REV_02\3&172E68DD&0&10: Intel® 82945G Express Chipset Family PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2776&SUBSYS_01AD1028&REV_02\3&172E68DD&0&11: Intel® 82945G Express Chipset Family -- the rest PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_1677&SUBSYS_01AD1028&REV_01\4&117729E2&0&00E0: Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_244E&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_E1\3&172E68DD&0&F0: Intel® 82801 PCI Bridge - 244E PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2770&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_02\3&172E68DD&0&00: Intel® 945G/GZ/P/PL Processor to I/O Controller - 2770 PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_27B8&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_01\3&172E68DD&0&F8: Intel® 82801GB/GR (ICH7 Family) LPC Interface Controller - 27B8 PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_27C0&SUBSYS_01AD1028&REV_01\3&172E68DD&0&FA: Intel® 82801GB/GR/GH (ICH7 Family) Serial ATA Storage Controller - 27C0 PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_27C8&SUBSYS_01AD1028&REV_01\3&172E68DD&0&E8: Intel® 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB Universal Host Controller - 27C8 PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_27C9&SUBSYS_01AD1028&REV_01\3&172E68DD&0&E9: Intel® 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB Universal Host Controller - 27C9 PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_27CA&SUBSYS_01AD1028&REV_01\3&172E68DD&0&EA: Intel® 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB Universal Host Controller - 27CA PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_27CB&SUBSYS_01AD1028&REV_01\3&172E68DD&0&EB: Intel® 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB Universal Host Controller - 27CB PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_27CC&SUBSYS_01AD1028&REV_01\3&172E68DD&0&EF: Intel® 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB2 Enhanced Host Controller - 27CC PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_27D0&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_01\3&172E68DD&0&E0: Intel® 82801G (ICH7 Family) PCI Express Root Port - 27D0 PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_27D2&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_01\3&172E68DD&0&E1: Intel® 82801G (ICH7 Family) PCI Express Root Port - 27D2 PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_27DA&SUBSYS_01AD1028&REV_01\3&172E68DD&0&FB: Intel® 82801G (ICH7 Family) SMBus Controller - 27DA PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_27DE&SUBSYS_01AD1028&REV_01\3&172E68DD&0&F2: SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_27DF&SUBSYS_01AD1028&REV_01\3&172E68DD&0&F9: Intel® 82801G (ICH7 Family) Ultra ATA Storage Controllers - 27DF Couldnt find the monitor driver in there though. :S And yes im only using one monitor.
  4. For some reason when i check the display adapters in device manager 2 graphics controllers have been installed and when i check monitors i see that there's 3 installed! They all seem to be the same drivers/devices. I get this problem on a d505 laptop and a gx620 desktop. Anyone know how i can prevent this? (im using risult from Fencer)
  5. Just two short questions Andy. Why is the restart at the end of the installation necessary and how can I check if the hotfixes from RyanVM have actually been installed? Also thanks for Risult it works great!
  6. Im using a test risserver which is on a virtual PC maybe thats the cause. The virtual pc is located on the workstation I currently use. Here's what I did. I downloaded 7zip and then copied 7z.exe to the Ris server(virtual PC) and then tried to extract with it. No go. Only after i had installed the 7zip application on the Risserver was I able to extract with 7z.exe
  7. Apparantly i had to install the 7zip program on my risserver. I dident know I had to do that. Oke it works! But im getting another error. Performing post-integration processing on RIS file set... The system cannot find the file specified. Done. I dont know which file that would be though. Maybe it wont even be a problem. Going to test out my image now.
  8. I did and i get the same error. Im not suppose to extract it first before running risult.cmd right? Apparently 7z is trying to extract it but cant. Is it suppose to do that?
  9. Im getting the following error in my log file: I am suppose to use that file right? Ive put it in the BTS folder and 2 driver packs in the driverpacks_store folder
  10. I havent used RDP before making the image. But i have checked regedit at HKCU-> Control Panel -> Desktop on the client pc and apparantly only "convertedwallpaper" has the right value but "original wallpaper" and "wallpaper" dont. Ive tried to run a few registry import/exports by using the cmdlines.txt method but either it doesnt work or the import gets overwritten before i can login. Im using RIPREP images by the way I probably should have mentioned that. edit: I just realised that i could just alter those settings and then make a (riprep) image. So im gonna try that now.
  11. edit: Nevermind i got it working I did do something like that. I simply copied the profile to the default user profile in the riprep image. But i have a weird problem with the wallpaper i chose. Sometimes it works fine when i logon with a new user. But at other times there is no wallpaper configured. Untill you actually check display properties-> desktop. Those settings are correctly configured still Windows does not display the wallpaper. I need to press ok in the desktop settings to have it applied.
  12. I followed Fencer/Andy's instructions but i cant get it to work. Im only trying to execute a wallpaper reg info file. Ive put the 3 files(reg file, cmdlines.txt + regtest.cmd) in the OEM directory and also in $1 -> minisetup. Am i missing something here? Should these files execute themselves? Does RIS do this by default? Because i havent configured it to do so.
  13. I actually ran into the same problem with RIS riprep image by using the default user to store the profile. When i copy the image to a new pc and login with a new user I get the same exact error. So apparantly the wallpaper info does get stored just not applied. But why?
  14. edit: Oke im gonna look around then. edit2: (just in case someone has the same problem) Oke i got it working apparently it was because the gx620 has a Hyperthreading processor which uses the multi processor ACPI driver. While my sif file specified the standard ACPI driver. And then there was another problem which is explained here along with the solution.
