*big hug*
JP is one beautiful cat! I almost can't believe he's already 18 years old: I've never seen a cat growing THAT old! Be grateful he was able to spend such a long time on your side and remember the beautiful moments you had with him!
A few years ago, I finally was allowed to get a cat. I got him from the moment he was about 3 weeks old (yes, that's a bit too soon). He was like... 15cm in length. Soooo tiny! I named him Zombie. I took care of him. After I had Zombie for about 9 months, he vanished, to never return again... :'(

Interesting thought, tough. But what kind of improvement could/would you (like) to make?

Hello everyone,
I have a couple of 80 gig harddrives that need to be backed up to DVD. Thing is I don't want to use say 34 dvds to do this. Does anyone have any software recommendation that has good compression?
It depends on the type of data that has to be compressed. Video/music files cannot be compressed (or very very very little), while text files (.txt, .doc) can be compressed strongly.
P.S.: why don't use an additional (temporary) hard disk?

I don't see how this is related to DriverPack MassStorage!
Topic moved to the Device Drivers forum.

What about....
-using Daemon-Tools to mount the .iso and let VMWare use the virtual drive of Windows.
-or creating a share, make sure your VMWare has a (bridged) network connection and log on to the share (or FTP or...).

Maybe you should take a look at your server's log... infected with twenty viruses. Or maybe it's your network infrastructure that can no longer handle all the traffic - traffic that's caused by the 20 thousand keyloggers on your pc's. Perhaps it's just your HDD that's dying. Or a process on the server that consumes too much CPU time.
Point is: you should give us a *bit* more information. We aren't sorcerors, you know.
P.S.: no offence intended. Just wanted to put it the funny way... Well... if you can't laugh...

An incorrectly applied 'Faux Columns'? (Didn't look at the code, is my first thought.)

After installing Xpize i can no longer slipstream bashrats driver packs. Uninstall Xpize and all is well.
ONE word:
impossible
P.S.: first slipstream XPize, then the DriverPacks. Everything should work alright.

Check your dosnet.inf and txtsetup.sif. Double check your I386 folder if the file exists.

Did you change your RAID setup? Or is it operating in AHCI mode?
EDIT: split the topic.

Updated the topic title, sent you a PM.

Then I'd suggest you use method 2 from section #2 in the sticky.

The menu is licensed and was not cheap. I used to use it on the rest of my site, too. Otherwise it'd not be worth the 'investment'.
Obviously polopolo wants to translate the guide again because the current translation is outdated. I have 3 suggestions for you, polopolo:
1. Post your guide in the uAwiki. You won't have to pay anything: nor licensing for the menu, nor hosting.
2. Send me the updated files, so I can update the tutorial at my site. Credits will of course go to you. You won't have to pay anything: nor licensing for the menu, nor hosting.
3. Create your own lay-out, buy licensing for the menu or not, buy hosting, translate the tutorial.

I split a topic and instead of 1 new topic, 1 got TWO: one WITH all posts, and one without a single post...
The one without can be found here.

Solved using the OemBootFiles Method mentioned in the sticky
Apparently some problem about not being able to have subdirectorys under TEXTMODE
Ehm... isn't that normal? That's what's written everywhere. Subdirectories are only possible on a floppy.
The txtsetup.sif method would have worked too.
P.S.: could you please tell me on what motherboard this was?

Restart from scratch, that's the easiest solution.

You can find a list of required files in the [sourceDisksFiles] section of the .inf file

May I ask why you want to change this?

I have an ATI X800XT PE with VIVO.
Due to this i need the wdm driver and the catalyst.
unfortunately has the wdm driver more than one driver and i'm not sure which one to integrate.
There is a NSP and a SP folder has this something to do with XP SP2 and XP Gold?
Try the NSP folder.
