Hi,
first of all I'd like to thank Wraith for such a versatile utility! But I seem to have some (beginner?) troubles with it.
I've configuredmy include-Items.xml (see the attachment), and my include-StdConfig.xml (also attached).
There are 2 main possibilities I think, that may be causing all this:
1) I've included variables, but also variables that use variables. I don't know if this is causing the problems.
2) I was trying to use an include-Items.xml (I know I can rename it...) WITH the 'configs' entry in the 'item' tag, while I was using GFXinstall. But when I retried with SelectInstall, it didn't work neither!
So here are my .xml files you need to find my problem. (no registration information is included)
Thanks in advance!

ROFL Nice one indeed !
Where did you get it from?

THE FASTEST WAY to shutdown your pc: unplug the power cable .
As for the reboot: there is such a thing as a 'soft reboot': your pc won't have to POST again. Google will certainly give you something useful.

Maybe there should be options to get more animo: what if there'd be a cheaper forwarder and a more expensive pop3/webmail?
And maybe an option to pay more to get a lifelong account. Just suggesting.

Eh.... English please?

Are you sure your laptop's specs are high enough to run Windows XP?

VPC is indeed MUCH slower than VMWare when it comes to (unattended) Windows installations. As rikgale said, just change the settings...

What guide did you follow?

Aha. And does this have to be fully automatical? Because that will complicate this thing much more than just using the method I suggested first. May I ask why you don't want the drivers to be on the CD?

Look for some HUGE developments in the future we have GREAT things in the works and are planning a couple of huge additions to WPI so keep you eyes open
Any clues/sneak peaks? What kind of big changes do you have in mind...

A funny note:

Why don't you just use the common method for PnP drivers?
This way they will get installed after installing Windows .

The easiest, without-a-hitch method:
1) Turn off your PC.
2) Connect both monitors.
3) Boot your PC. You'll see they're in mirroring modus.
4) After you're logged in, right-click your desktop and click properties > settings.
5) Select the second display and check 'Extend desktop to this monitor.'.
That's it.

@Wraith: woot... so many concurrent connections! For what is that pc being used?
And your todo list is interesting... both how you did it and the content of it. Is that all for XPlode 5? I suppose not?

That never gets old!
Couldn't agree more

^^ That method is for children. get http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=39204
that cab, take out two .DLLs and copy them to OEM dir where u have "$$" folder and then regsvr LegitCheckControl.DLL. Or u can add them directly to I386 source folder and update dosnet.inf&txtsetup.sif. that's how big boys do it.

BTW, this methods gives quite often problems, which is why many people DON'T use it. But it may just work fine for your needs.

Other: me. If you build it yourself, you know it's done well and it gives you the ability to choose all your components and buy them at the lowest price.
