Microsoft are releasing this build on February 4 2008 to manufacturing department,

I stumbled across this build from an invite from Microsoft.

P.S (I shouldn’t say this but CN Server is still active and works against original PID).

    Image Name: x86fre_Client_en-us-FRMCFRE_EN_DVD

  2. Hi all, i have a problem i want to change the path of my boot directory from:

    SETUPLDR.BINBOOTFIX.BINI386 to SETUPLDR.BINBOOTFIX.BINXPPC\I386

  3. hi i have just created a AIO-DVD now i want to add vista to it,

my idea was to add vista files to a front directory called "VISTA" and have the VISTA.dat file residing in that folder.

now in bscript is there a way of pointing to the VISTA.dat file which is not located in main root of disc.

    FILE STRUCTURE:

    http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?act=at...st&id=18956

    BSCRIPT CODE:

    VISTA:

    cls

    color 0x09

    print "\n"

    print "\n"

    print " Windows VISTA\n"

    print "\n"

    print " 1) Install Windows VISTA\n"

    print "\n"

    color 0x0F

    print " a) Boot to Floppy Drive A:\ (0x00)\n"

    print " m) Main Menu\n"

    color 0x0E

    print "\n"

print " Esc) Boot to first hard drive (0x80) [Default]\n"

    print "\n"

    color 0x0B

    print "Choose one: \n"

    color 0x0F

    getkey 30 setkey esc

    onkey 1 goto VAMB

    VAMB:

    cd ******************** *****************************************************************

chain VISTA.DAT******** HOW CAN I MODDIFY THIS SECTION TO POINT TO \VISTA\VISTA.DAT? ******

    getkey

    goto exit

ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

  4. Hi ive just slipstreamed pre sp3 to xp all worked untill installing the P-Key has been changed and not accepting my cor key.

i had to use the default key on disc but as you would probly know its an 30 day activation job.

i was reading a post from "ricktendo64" stating that he had to mod some files to accept the cor key.

can anyone give me an idea as to how this can be done?

    thanks.

  5. Hi guys,

I'm on the way to finally producing my AIO DVD.

I have questions regarding products to use.

What is the best DVD +R that has white printable surface and has an A+ storage life?

And also what is the type of paper called that all of the retail DVDs use?

Any info would be great. Not only for my-self but for others too.

  6. General Question with the xp64 dat file.

do you have to change both the I386 part to XP64 and the AMD64 to PRO64?

or does only the I386 need to be changed or only the AMD64 part?

ive got the XP64 front boot folder and I386 & AMD64 installation folders in ROOT\XP64

  7. Reply:faf4life

Sorry for late reply i figured it out the code needed to be modified.

    faf4life code:

    \cdimage.exe -lWXPPC_EN -t08/23/2001,09:00:00 -b\WXPPC.bin -h -n -o -m \ROOT\XPPC C:\WXPPC_EN.iso

    My Code:

    cdimage.exe -lWXPPC_EN -t08/23/2001,09:00:00 -bWXPPC.bin -h -n -o -m ROOT\XPPC C:\WXPPC_EN.iso

I had to remove the Two \ forward slashes from -b & -m

it works good now thanks for your help.

  8. I know the command to create the final multiboot iso, but i dont know the command for cdimage to create standalone iso's. because i cant just put in:

    lWXPPC_EN -t08/23/2001,09:00:00 -bE:\AutoPlay\Single-ISO-Creation\WXPPC.bin -h -n -o -m E:\ROOT\XPPC C:\WXPPC_EN.iso

E: is my current dvdrom drive but when the dvd disc is inserted to another computer and you run the command to create a standalone iso it will come up with an error because it cant find E: Drive.

so i need to know if there is a %CDROM% command or something to replace E: so when the dvd is inserted into any pc the command will run from the DVDROM not E: Drive.

i know its possible because all the other AIO Versions out there have a create standalone iso command that is related to cdimage.

  9. Hi,

I have created my own multiboot dvd that works, but when i want to use cdimage to create standalone iso's i dont know the command

    this is my command:

    -lWXPPC_EN -t08/23/2001,09:00:00 -b\AutoPlay\Single-ISO-Creation\WXPPC.bin -h -n -o -m \ROOT\XPPC C:\WXPPC_EN.iso

    post-78403-1151982019_thumb.jpg

NOTE that CDIMAGE is in the DVD_ROOT directory:

    post-78403-1151983055_thumb.jpg

I need to know the command to tell cdimage to access the dvdrom dirve with out telling in to go to E: or D: ....

Ive seen other creators of AIODVD that have this command that works but i cant see the accutual command because i cant access it for it is used by an older Autoplay media studio.

    Please help if you can.

  10. Hey to all the AIODVD creators, I have a question that may concern new creators of the AIODVD.

    My question is:

What is the best DVDR to buy when burning the AIODVD?

The people want reliable & stable DVD-+R's for such a high compression multiboot DVD.

So for the people out there that have successfully burned the AIODVD on a reliable & stable DVD,

Could you please name some of the best DVD-+R's to buy?
