Yeah I am having troubles as well. When I launch the game, the montior flickers like it is loading the game, then goes back to desktop. No errors, nothing in event viewer. I know the game itself is fine because I installed it on my second computer and it loads. However, that computer is a peice of crap so I want to get it on my main PC ------------------ System Specs: Windows XP SP2 (All updates) Athalon XP 3200 Direct X 9.0c Nvidia Geforce 6600 GT (Which oddly enough is not on the supported video cards list even though previous ones are - this is the same card in second PC though) Sound Blaster Audigy 2 1GB PC2700 Ram ------------------ I have tried the following: 4 different versions of the NVidia drivers (Currently using 77.xx as opposed to 78.xx) 3 versions of the sound blaster drivers Disabled visual themes in the shortcut Tried 6 different video resolutions Uninstalled game, deleted all files, reinstalled Disk Defrag Disk Cleanup Disabled the sound card Setting Anti-Aliasing to 2x Disabled Anti-Aliasing Turning off all backround processes I am out of ideas at this point =(
