  2. OldNewExplorer also breaks OpenDialogs for me under Windows 8 while installing MSI packages like LibreOffice/VisualSVN. The applications simply hang/become unresponsive. Unregistering OldNewExplorer fixes it.

     

    I only activated the option to kill the Up Button.

  3. it is the successor, but a complete new tool.

     

    Copy the attached file to the same folder where the latency.etl is stored and make a double click on it (remove the .txt extension first so that is shows .wpa as extension). It opens the required graphs for normal cpu usage and DPC usage. Load the symbols and expand the stack. This looks similar to the old UI.

  4. With Win10 the UI is now a mix of iOS, Android (Hamburger menu) and a bit left from the old WP (but without transparent tiles). I'll only hope they release Win8.1 GDR2 and I will stay on this version. If I want Android, I would buy a Samsung crap device.
