[Windows XP Restarting]

I am using the latest version of nlite 1. 3.0.4 and Ryan Upadate Pack 2.19 with other software addons. There are no errors in processing the files with nlite but after the text phase of setup has finished and the system boots the setup restarts again the message displayed is "Setup is being restarted" till you abort it.

I am not able to install fresh copy of windows in any of my systems. Please help me to overcome this problem.

[HFSLIP10.CMD TO HFSLIP65.CMD MISSING]

@tommyp - I downloaded the latest hfslip dated 11th October. When I slipstreamed the Windows2000 Prof. and started the steup it displayed cannot find the hfslip10.cmd till hfslip65.cmd. Secondly ie6 is not integrated it displays the version 5.00. Thirdly most of the hotfixes are not integrated which are the part of the Rollup. I am attaching a file for your perusal.

Please solve the follwing problems listed.

One thing I would like to tell you that I got error Advanced INF install and it could not find the files HFLSIP 10.CMD TO HFLSIP64.CMD.

Thanks for the reply but it did not work. I removed the following fixes from the HF folder Viz Msjava.exe, IE5.01sp4-KB896727-Windows2000sp4-x86-ENU.exe, Q832894.exe MDAC is the latest one 2.81

Secondly where do I put these cab files to avoid downloading form the net again and again i.e. ieawsdc.cab, muweb_site.cab, swflash.cab etc. these are actually ActiveX controls

SOLVE THIS PROBLEM PLEASE......

At the end of the installation when you try to click the Outlook Express and Address book it displays the following message "Identity switch cancelled " close the applications.

When you try to make a new connection for dialup the following error occurs"icwconn1.exe has generated errors"

I'll ask one more time. Run a directory of your HF folder (YES that means ALL files in the HF folder), ZIP it and post it. FYI, a 7z is not a ZIP.

No I did not include the IE5 hotfix as per directions given by you in the site "Keeping Internet Explorer 5 or removing IE later (skip this file if you are integrating IE6)

IE5.01sp4-KB896727-Windows2000sp4-x86-ENU.exe

There are shell files such as SHDOCVW.DLL that should be updated even if you will not be installing Internet Explorer" Because I am integrating IE6.

Secondly please let me know that where should I put these cab files (swflash, muweb etc) which are downloaded from net in the folder Downloaded Program Files so that they are integrated.

These problems are with context to HFSLIP posted on 21st August, 2005

Outlook express / Address does not work message cannot switch

connections.

Cannot make internet connection via dialup error in icwconn1.exe

using IE 6 and windows 2000 SP4 and are using ALL hotfixes recommended by you.
