[Disable Found New Hardware Wizard]

Just come across this, it turns out that it thinks usbstor.sys is unsigned -the one I had mismatched the one listed in usbstor.inf - just copied them from a good setup dir

I did have a problem with it not copying the folders and no matter what I did I couldn't get it to work, checked and double checked everything in the end I just re-made the .sif from scratch with setupmgr again, then edited for the bits that I needed changing. It worked fine then.

I did mean to go back and work out what actually was different, cos I did pull my hair out for a time, but I just haven't got around to doing it.

So if you haven't remade it might be worth a try.

Yep, it does help if I actually read the deployment kit docs and digest and not read what I think is there.

Ok maybe answering my own question but changed from encrypted password to straight text and it now works.

Would prefer it encrypted if possible, but.........

I'm having problems getting it to work, have all the other stuff done now, silent installs of shrunken O2k3 etc..... which run and install fine after I've logged in manually, which is a pain.

Anything I might be being silly with?
