I tried it from the RunOnceEx but could not get it to work, so now my RunOnceEx calls the batch file.
Shouldn't it be

pspx.msi /qn works with Admin install and the same serial number
Install Corel_PaintShopPro1000_EN_PREMIUMCD_Retail.exe
as normal entering your details and serial number,
when complete goto
C:\Program Files\Corel and copy the folder named Corel Paint Shop Pro X - Installation Files,
to somewhere of your choice rename folder to what you want i called mine PSPX.
then run the C:\PSPX\setup.exe /a to make admin install to folder of your choice mines was,
D:\Corel_Paint_Shop_Pro_X
then run D:\Corel_Paint_Shop_Pro_X\pspx.msi /qn
thats exactly what i tried.. admin install gave invalid serial error
Have just installed Paint Shop Pro X successfully unattended using the following Lines...
"D:\Corel_Paint_Shop_Pro_X\pspx.msi" Serialnumber=XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX-XXX /qn

If you have backed up your drivers into an auto-installer, all you need to do is to click this exe file. Then select drivers in the list box, and click 'Start Restore' button to start installation. You can also perform unattended installation in the command line. If you have multiple computers with the same configuration, this method will save much of your time.
2 command line parameters available
/s : Silent mode, restore all drivers automatically without any questions. (no prompt dialog box appears.)
/r : Reboot computer after the installation has completed.
If you want to run the driver setup package in silent mode then reboot computer automatically after the installation finished, you should use '/s/r' parameter.
For example: C:\DriverBackup.exe /s/r

MHz great program but just wanted to say it does not identify files compiled with the new inno setup v5.1.5, also there is a new version of innounp out Version 0.17 Supports Inno Setup versions 3.0.0-beta through 5.1.5 just wanted to let you know hope this is of some help to you keep up the great work.

1. Open Zone Alarm
2. Go to Overview and Preferences
3. Under General uncheck "Load ZoneAlarm at start-up"
4. Go to Alerts and Logs/Main/Advanced/Log Archive location, delete the log
5. Reboot
leave it unchecked "Load ZoneAlarm at start-up" and copy ZoneAlarm shortcut to startup folder,
found that on there forums it seems to be working.

prathapml, thank you very much had the same bother got fed up with all the hastle, so i gave up
