I just used this a week or so ago and it worked fine with 1.0.7- not sure exactly but i did download new to try it install it and followed directions and it seems to work. I was unable to redownload my theme so that was not copied over. My question is why cant i download the files anymore, and does anybody have some saved ones?

I am running wpi from a cd and I cant get office xp to install, the last error I got was something to do with the TRANSFORM comand. My cmd 1 is per the guide. %CDROM%\Install\OfficeXP\setupppls.exe TRANSFORMS =Unattended.MST/qb-

I use RVM pack for my last build, having probs w/ nlite integration. I had all but this months witch i just added the exe file in my svcpack folder and added entries to svcpack.in_. yes i just run the inf file through compression bin and replace existing. Other then wu/wu6 wicrosoft sais i have no criticul hotfixes needed. So I don't think any thing is missing. Krazd

You should still be able to follow the guide as a referance, only you will be modifing most of the files instead of making them. The guide is very helpful and instrictive and you can always post here.

The file gets copied to C:\Install , I have exacuted it from there after the install and it unpacks but still wont install, I could run setuppls manualy to intall it so I know it is all there. Does that make any sense?

I have been following the guide and am at the point of adding apps. I used winrar to compress office and I have used nlite for the rest of the stuff. I have shrunk both down enough to fit on cd 700MB on disk. My problem is that I cant get it to install from GuiRunOnce. I haven't found any info other then the guide telling you to do this. My GuiRunOnce command is %systemdrive%\Install\OfficeXP/QB The self extracting file on the disk is in the OEM\$1\Install\OfficeXP.exe . It will be copied to the systemdrive but when GuiRunOnce runs I get an error that C:Install\OfficeXP/QB can't be found. Also the diffrence in the .exe is because after the 3rd time I noticed the it would loose the .exe ending when copied over during the install. Is it possible to do this as my plan was to use a 2nd disk for wpi to do the rest of the apps. I thought I had it, I read hear that first you extract the .exe file and I did the comands right? It installed and I seen an .iss file, so I assumed that it worked but I just tried to install it and it was asking for all my info. So I guess I will tiy again and look elsware for the .iss file. The one I seen was in the same main folder I had extracted to, but a new folder was created inside that one, that is were I found the file I used. l also tried run dreamweaver.exe /r/f1"C:\setup.iss" this gave me an error message. Something like There is not enough space on drive 1c:\ make 49 mb space.

I am new to this and I am using the guide. I am at the point of adding apps to the UA disk. I am tring to install dreamweaver mx. I have found the info here and i have done the -R setup in the virtual machine and the install went fine, but i cant fint the iss file, any other place to look. Thanks

I am using the guide to create an UA. I have not made it unattended yet as I want all the other stuff right first. My problem is when I test the disk or in VM i go to windows update and I will have to vlick yes to install microsoft software. After that it does the check for updates and fixes and that part is fine as my hotfix files apper to be working fine. Is there a file I am missing or is this just expected? Also I am using nlite to build this. Thanks for any help. krazd
