  1. The first step in any such situation is to discontinue use of the storage device containing your lost files. The second step is to clone (byte-by-byte image) the storage onto another device. If you are readily prepared to do this at the time of your loss, this should really be your first step, as shutting down/booting up a device might just be enough to overwrite critical portions of your files. Then use recovery software appropriate to the filesystem and/or image(the storage clone) format to mount or extract data from it. Use software specifically made for recovering photos (this is the most common thing people want to recover). That being said, I am not familiar with how Android handles file deletion. It may be that there is no option for reliable recovery.
  2. https://tmafe.com/ This site seems to have almost all the software you listed, giant packs of MSAgent characters, and even an upload page for people to upload characters. Note though, that it has a 'products' page, which lists software already listed on its 'downloads' page, but the only 'products' listed are those from the creator of BonziBuddy, including a new version of BonziBuddy itself. I've not checked any of it for malware, though I plan to before I attempt to use any of it.. by my internet senses tell me this is too narrow a scope for an attacker to invest time in. The BonziBuddy site also features a patch that it claims will allow MSAgent to work on newer Windows versions up through 24H2
