Thanks - yes, I attempted it, but it doesn't even initialize because it requires DISM, and DISM apparently never supported Vista images (which is fine, but I do find it a little odd). So there's no way to clean up the WinSxS folder on a Vista machine? Bummer.

Anyone know why Legacy Update still shows a bunch of .NET updates are necessary to be installed even after installing USP4, the rollup package, reinstalling the .NET Frameworks, and rebooting in between?
