1. Why should I create an account (were I not to have one already?) and join a server purely to download a single .dll when it could simply be hosted somewhere for direct downloading? 2. Why should I trust a platform known for censorship and getting rid of parts of their community they deem problematic in any way? 3. Why should OP host these files on Discord, considering they MIGHT (keyword) fall under copyright law violations depending on what Microsoft feels like waking up tomorrow? 4. And, most importantly, why should I be forced to use a platform which violates my privacy in every single possible way?

PLEASE do not use Discord for software distribution and choose something that is likely to still be up in X years.

11 is in all ways superior to 10 in my opinion - other than the TPM/Secure Boot bul*****, OS runs fine without them but certain apps (mostly game anti-cheats, such as Valorant) require you to have both on (which I hate) hence I am now stuck on 10. If I didn't play games, I'd update to 11 in a heartbeat. Especially with startallback, it is a great experience.

Unless the monitor has some features that require the driver for whatever reason, there is no need to install a driver for it, it will work the same regardless. -b

Do you really need a driver for a display? As far as I know, it should still run fine regardless. The only thing I can think of you might need would be the ICC color profile, but that should work fine if you just download the Windows 7 driver and nab it out of there, then install it manually.

Yes, I used a an SP3 iso streamlined with all the updates and .nets as well as vcredists. I might be short on posready patches but everything else is on board

It does not, as far as I'm aware. I've installed it offline as well and absolutely nothing changes. I'm starting to think it might really be graphics-related, however as I've already said the same PC ran this and newer versions of acad for years with no problems...

I don't know about AMD, but Nvidia's change doesn't really change much, especially if you're running a card that isn't the newest - for example a 960, 970 or hell, even a 1070 definitely run better performance-wise on older drivers than the current ones. Sadly artificial aging of hardware is a thing and Nvidia seems to have fully jumped aboard that train.
